01

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They let the site remember things like your session, preferences, and the marketing source that brought you in. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels, and SDKs) work the same way and are covered by this policy.

02

How we use cookies

Peach AI uses cookies and similar technologies on usepeachai.com and within the Peach AI application for four purposes:

Strictly necessary

  • Keep you signed in, maintain your session, and route requests to the correct application server.
  • Protect against cross-site request forgery and other security threats.

Functional

  • Remember your interface preferences, region, and recently viewed reports.

Analytics

  • Measure how visitors use the marketing site and product so we can improve performance, navigation, and content.

Attribution and advertising

  • Capture marketing source parameters (utm, gclid, fbclid, msclkid) so a booked job can be tied back to the originating ad click.
  • Send conversion events to Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and Meta CAPI for the campaigns you choose to optimize.
03

Third party cookies

We may set or allow cookies from the following third parties:

  • Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager) for site analytics and ads attribution.
  • Meta for Conversion API and pixel events.
  • Twilio for tracking-number assignment and Dynamic Number Insertion.
  • Stripe for fraud prevention on billing pages.
  • HubSpot or similar CRM when used for sales and support contact forms.

Each third party operates under its own privacy and cookie policy. We use commercially reasonable efforts to limit data shared with these providers to what is needed for the stated purpose.

04

Your choices

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. You can also use private or incognito mode to prevent cookies from being saved across sessions. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and core product functionality.

Where required by law, we present a cookie banner that lets you accept or reject non-essential categories before they are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies for usepeachai.com and reloading the page.

You can opt out of Google Ads personalization at adssettings.google.com and Meta personalization in your Facebook ad preferences.

05

Do Not Track

Browsers vary in how they signal “Do Not Track.” Until there is an industry-wide standard, Peach AI does not respond to Do Not Track signals, but we honor the choices you make through our cookie banner and your browser settings.

06

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our cookies, vendors, or practices change. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email or in-app notice.
