Peach AI Account Alerts.

Only staff of a business that subscribes to Peach AI: the account holder, and any colleague they add — typically an owner, office manager, or dispatcher. We do not send messages to consumers or homeowners through this program, and we never obtain these numbers from a third party, a purchased list, or any source other than the account holder entering them into their own account.

Operational notifications about activity in the recipient's own Peach AI account. For example: a prospective customer started a booking request on the business's website and did not finish it, so the business can follow up quickly.

These are account notifications. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising content through this program, and we do not send third-party or affiliate content.

Text message alerts are off by default. To enable them, a signed-in account holder opens their notification settings in the Peach AI dashboard, enters a mobile number, and checks a consent box that is unchecked by default and is not required to use Peach AI. We then send a one-time verification code to that number, and alerts begin only after the code is entered. This confirms the person enrolling controls the handset.

The consent checkbox reads, in full:

We record who gave consent, the exact wording shown, and the date and time it was given.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP for help. A number can also be removed at any time from the same notification settings screen. We honour a STOP request for that number permanently — including if the number is later added to an account again — until the recipient opts in once more.
