What counts as a usage credit?+
SMS messages sent, voice minutes used by the AI agent, and tracking numbers provisioned. The included credits cover typical usage for most operators on each tier — overages are billed at standard rates and itemized on your monthly invoice.
What happens if I exceed my monthly credits?+
Nothing breaks. Overages roll into your next invoice at our standard usage rates (SMS $0.02 / message, voice $0.05 / minute, tracking numbers $5 / number / month). You'll see an in-dashboard alert at 80% of credits so there are no surprises.
Can I switch tiers later?+
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new tier prorates to your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep what you've paid for.
Is there a contract?+
AI Booking Engine, Growth Engine, and Revenue OS are month-to-month with no contract — cancel any time. Annual plans lock pricing for 12 months and give you two months free. Enterprise is a custom annual contract.
How long does onboarding take?+
Most ServiceTitan, Jobber, and Housecall Pro accounts are live in 5–10 business days. We handle the API connection, job-type mapping, slot configuration, and the offline-conversion sync to Google Ads and Meta. You sign off, then go live.

Yes — a 14-day free trial of AI Booking Engine is available with no credit card required. Growth Engine, Revenue OS, and Enterprise are sold via a guided onboarding so we can get the integration right the first time.
