How to connect Jobber to Peach AI.

Jobber is the CRM most growing field-service operators run their day on. It's clean, fast, and built for the real-world friction of a small-to-mid-sized contractor. The gap most Jobber users hit isn't the CRM — it's the booking funnel and the attribution chain on top of it.

This guide walks you through connecting Jobber to Peach AI so every form fill, missed call, and after-hours inquiry becomes a real Jobber Request (or scheduled Job) — and so every booked job feeds back into Google Ads and Meta as a real revenue conversion.

Before you start

Have these ready before you begin. Nothing here costs anything extra on the Jobber side — these are all standard features of any active Jobber subscription.

  • Active Jobber account (Connect, Grow, or Plus plan)
  • Account Owner or Admin role (needed for OAuth app authorization)
  • Your service offerings configured as Products & Services in Jobber
  • Your team set up with working hours, time zones, and service zones
  • A list of the Request Types you want to be bookable from your website

Step 1 · Decide what gets booked: Requests vs Jobs

Jobber gives you two ways to take an inbound: as a Request (a quote-first lead that becomes a Job after assessment) or as a scheduled Job (book the time slot directly). Peach supports both flows. Most operators we onboard pick a hybrid.

  • Diagnostic / repair calls — book a real Job slot directly. The customer picks a window, your tech rolls.
  • Estimates / large installs (water heater, repipe, system replace) — book a Request, then your in-house quoting flow takes over.
  • Recurring services (lawn care, pest, cleaning) — book a Request that converts to a recurring Job after the first visit.

Step 2 · Connect Peach to Jobber via OAuth

Peach is a registered Jobber Developer Center app, so the connection is a one-click OAuth flow — no API keys to copy or paste, no risk of leaking a secret.

  1. 1Open the connect link your Peach onboarding contact sends you.
  2. 2You'll be redirected to Jobber and asked to authorize 'Peach AI' on your account.
  3. 3Review the requested scopes: read/write on Clients, Requests, Jobs, Visits, and Properties; read on Quotes and Time Sheets.
  4. 4Click Allow. You'll be redirected back to your Peach dashboard with the connection live.
  5. 5Confirm you see your Jobber team and service zones populate inside Peach within 60 seconds.

Step 3 · Map Products & Services to bookable types

Peach uses your existing Jobber Products & Services as the bookable catalog. This means a booking that lands in Jobber is already line-itemed correctly — your office team doesn't have to re-key anything.

  1. 1Open the Peach Admin → Catalog tab.
  2. 2Each Jobber Product/Service is listed. Toggle the ones you want bookable from your website.
  3. 3For each enabled item, set: default visit duration, lead time (how soon the earliest slot can be), and which web pages it should appear on.
  4. 4Optionally, set per-service intake questions (e.g. 'How old is your water heater?'). Answers land on the Request/Job notes in Jobber.

Step 4 · Configure availability windows

Peach reads live availability from Jobber's scheduling engine, so the slots shown to a customer reflect your real capacity, including PTO and existing visits.

  • In Jobber, confirm every team member's working hours and time zone are correct.
  • Set service zones (postal codes / radius) so Peach only offers slots from techs who actually cover that address.
  • Decide whether to surface evening or Saturday windows. The after-hours boost on Jobber accounts is typically 25–35% of bookings.
  • Set a max-bookings-per-day cap if you want to protect your dispatch board (optional, recommended for fast-growing accounts).

Step 5 · Turn on missed-call recapture

On Jobber accounts, missed-call recapture is consistently the single highest-ROI feature. The math is simple: most contractors miss 15–30% of inbound calls, and unrecaptured callers almost never call back.

Step 7 · Drop the form and the trigger on your site

The Peach popup form is a single script. It auto-attaches to any element with the class .peach-booking-trigger, so you don't have to wire individual buttons.

Validate, then go live

  • Submit a test booking. Confirm the Request or Job lands in Jobber with correct service line items and notes.
  • Send a test inbound call to your forwarded number after hours. Confirm the recapture SMS converts to a Jobber Request.
  • Check Google Ads → Conversions and Meta Events Manager for the new 'Peach: Booked Job' event.

Does Peach replace Jobber's online booking?

Peach can run alongside Jobber's native online booking, but most operators replace it: the Peach flow has trade-aware intake questions, AI SMS recapture, and ad-platform attribution that the native flow doesn't.

Will Peach work with Jobber Payments and Quotes?

Yes. Quotes and payments stay in Jobber's normal flow. Peach only writes Clients, Requests, Jobs, Visits, and Properties — your Quote-to-Won funnel is unchanged.

Can we use Peach if we're on Jobber Connect (the lower tier)?

Yes. The required scopes are available on every Jobber plan. Some advanced routing features (skill-based, multi-zone) work best on Grow or Plus.
